Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Mr. Bait, we are committed to providing high‐quality products and ensuring you receive a remedy if our goods do not meet your expectations under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please note that this policy is provided for your convenience and does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@mrbait.com.au. In accordance with ACL, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
To request a remedy, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the faulty item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Replacement & Refund Options
- Replacement: If your item is found to be faulty or not as described, we will arrange for a replacement.
- Refund: If a replacement is not available or if you prefer a refund (in cases of a major failure), you may choose this option as required by ACL.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless the product is faulty, we do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., bait, food, or similar items).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.
